PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order we ask that you send us an email at crawlingcrittersshop@gmail.com in this email please include what items you are looking for and the quantity you are interested in. We will then get back to you with an invoice total for your items as well as find a time that works for you and us for pickup. We accept both e-transfer and cash for payment. We will also provide the address at this time as we run the business out of our home.

SHIPPING

At this time we offer pick-up in St.Thomas Ontario. The address will be provided when an order is placed.

We also offer delivery in St. Thomas for a $5.00 fee. All delivery orders must be paid by e-transfer before the delivery is made.

We hope to be able to offer shipping options in the future.

RETURNS 

All of our critters have a health guarantee.

This guarantee is only applicable if you follow the critter care guide. (available on our website as well as printed upon request). Photos of the dead critter and how they were kept must be sent to crawlingcrittersshop@gmail.com within the time frame for the critter. Any in-stock critter will be replaced free of charge. If we had to order the critter, we would refund you the value of the qty that died. 

Hornworms and Silkworms - 12 hours

Crickets, Isopods, Nightcrawlers and Troutworms - 24 hours

Black Solider Fly Larva and Waxworms - 48 hours 

Superworms and Mealworms - 72 hours 

PAYMENT

At this time we are only accepting e-transfer and cash. We are registered for auto-deposit so no password is needed.
